reflexology
Foot reflexology is based on the idea that manipulating your feet can have a beneficial effect on other parts of your body, improving circulation and giving you a great sense of well-being.
Visit a reflexologist
Although generally professionally trained, reflexologists aren’t doctors, nor do they claim to cure ailments – they just make you feel good. In a typical session, a reflexologist will manipulate the bones and muscles in your feet to improve circulation, reduce stress and increase energy.

Or do it yourself
You can try reflexology yourself, but if you're a beginner don't practise on babies, young children or pregnant women. Be gentle on calluses, corns, bunions and anywhere else that hurts. For an overall feeling of well-being, work on the whole foot. For specific problems, focus on relevant areas.
